What we do
Everything a board needs, in one place
Manufacturing, assembly, sourcing, engineering and testing — quoted together, tracked together.
PCB Manufacturing
- FR-4 multilayer
- Aluminium core
- Your stack-up
Bare boards made from your Gerbers, in the thickness, copper, finish and colours you choose.
PCBA
- SMT
- THT
- Mixed
Surface-mount and through-hole assembly, on one side or both, from your BOM and pick-and-place file.
Component Sourcing
- BOM review
- Components
- Availability
Every BOM line matched to a real part, with alternates proposed for your approval when stock runs short.
Engineering
- DFM
- Design review
- Support
Manufacturability checks on your files before anything is built, and an engineer to talk to throughout.
Testing
- AOI
- Electrical
- Functional
Optical inspection of the joints, electrical tests on the bare board, and functional tests to your procedure.
Production
- Prototype
- Small batch
- Production
From the first few boards to production runs, on the same files and the same process.
Base materials
The stack your board is built on
Choose the one that suits the design in the request; an engineer confirms it against your Gerbers.

Design files
Files that build right the first time
What our engineers look for when they review a board.
01
Gerbers as one ZIP
Every Gerber layer and the drill file in one ZIP. Layer names from KiCad, Altium, Eagle and EasyEDA are recognised.
02
A BOM with designators
Designator, quantity, value, footprint and a manufacturer part number on each line, with do-not-populate parts clearly marked.
03
A placement file
X and Y position, rotation and side for every part, in the same units as the board.
04
A board we can make
An outline on its own layer, and up to eight layers. Fine traces and small drills are checked by an engineer before quoting.
How it works
From files to finished boards
- 01
Upload design files
Gerber ZIP, BOM and pick-and-place, plus a schematic or assembly drawing.
- 02
Requirements
Board, assembly, sourcing, quantity, testing and delivery.
- 03
Engineering review
DFM on the board and a review of the BOM, with questions if anything is unclear.
- 04
Quotation
Boards, components, assembly and testing, with lead time and terms.
- 05
Build & test
Fabricated, assembled and tested as agreed.
- 06
Delivery
Shipped with tracking, the test results and a GST invoice.
